The Mad Scientists Bash benefits STEM-based children’s programs and exhibits at the U.S. Space & Rocket Center and scholarships for internationally renowned SPACE CAMP®, SPACE CAMP ROBOTICS®, AVIATION CHALLENGE, and U.S. CYBER CAMP.
Over the last five years, through generous contributions from our sponsors and donors, the Mad Scientists Bash has been able to fund or support initiatives including:
- camp scholarships
- field trips to the U.S. Space & Rocket Center for regional Title I schools
- development of innovative STEM activities like Drone Youth Soccer
- Teen Maker Hour, a weekly summer program featuring hands-on STEM curriculum geared toward youth ages 12 and up
- special needs camps for the individually challenged
