Mrs. Mitchell's Grant Wish -- 

Conscious Discipline is a comprehensive, trauma-informed approach designed to integrate social-emotional learning, discipline, and self-regulation. Developed by Dr. Becky Bailey, it offers a systematic framework that supports both educators and students in developing emotional intelligence and creating a safe, supportive school climate. The methodology emphasizes building safety, connection, and problem-solving skills, rather than relying on traditional punitive measures. Lawson Early Childhood School has been implementing and growing in our use of Conscious Discipline since 2017. Over the years we have seen an increase in students unable to self-regulate. This training would help to support students dealing with anger and rage.
