Mrs. Johnson's Grant Wish -- 

We are seeking a grant to acquire Kagan Cooperative Learning textbooks for our classroom in the Algebraic Reasoning department. These resources will be shared to increase engagement throughout the entire math department. These textbooks will support the implementation of cooperative learning strategies, which are proven to enhance student engagement, collaboration, and academic achievement. By integrating Kagan’s research-based methods, we aim to improve learning outcomes and foster a more inclusive and interactive learning environment for our students. The grant will include five books covering topics ranging from cooperative learning activities focused on Pre-Algebra and Algebra 2, higher-level thinking questions, writing activities, and math problems for groups.
