Care Resource To Establish Memorial Wall at its Midtown Miami Health Center

This new Memorial Wall, to be established in 2023, allows family and friends to commemorate a lasting tribute to loved ones who have passed. With so many lives lost to the HIV/AIDS epidemic and COVID-19 pandemic, this Memorial Wall is a sacred space to honor those and others we have lost.

Circular plaques will list the name of the individual being honored and are available in three (3) sizes 12", 8", and 5".  The 12" and 8" plaques have space for a brief message or quote.
