What can we find you doing when you're not whipping up a dish for Men Who Cook?

In my spare time I enjoy golfing, entertaining with friends, and spending time with my two amazing children (Kaylee and Mason), my girlfriend (Carla) and her son (Jackson).

Why is it important to you to give back (to the SECU Family House)?

It is important to never take anything for granted and to give back however you can to those in need. I am fortunate to possess skills that enable me to do so and pass those skills on to my son. Cooking is an expression of love.

What was the first thing you remember cooking?

Preparing charcuterie for 100+ people with my Uncle Kenny when I was maybe 9 years old.

I am originally from San Antonio Texas and a huge Philadelphia Eagles Fan.. FLY EAGLES FLY!!

I like to play sports and hang out with friends and my family. I like to play video games. And I love to cook with my dad. I like watching the Eagles.

Why is it important to you to give back (to the SECU Family House)?

Because I like to give back and share the knowledge of my cooking with other people.

What was the first thing you remember cooking?

Steak was one of the first things I ever made but my dad taught me how to cook a lot more things on my journey.

That I have 1 cat and 2 dogs and also my favorite food is crab.
