Ralph Passante's NYCGMC Fundraising Page

Thanks for visiting my page!  Since you're here to donate to my chorus (I hope!), I'd like to tell you why it means so much to me.  I joined NYCGMC almost two years ago, in January 2017, shortly after I moved back east after fifteen years away.  In addition to reconnecting with old friends, I knew that I needed to make new ones--LGBTQ friends, especially, because I need my community in order to thrive!--and I wanted to have the joy of singing and performing in my life again.  As my friend, you undoubtedly know that LGBTQ activism is my life's passion, in which I've participated since I was in college in the 80s, because I believe there is no better cause than working to achieve equality and justice for all people.  This group--my chorus family, which I am so very fortunate to have found and be a part of--brings all those elements into my life, together with the opportunity to do community outreach by building bridges through the power of our music!  Thanks to NYCGMC, I am truly living my best life!  

Please help us to continue the wonderful work we do by giving as generously as you can, which allows me to share with someone else everything that NYCGMC has given me.  Thank you from the bottom of my heart!  XOXO
