NYCGMC Membership Fundraising Drive 2019
Hi there -
About this time every year I fundraise for the chorus that has been my second home. A place where I've meet numerous friends, cried, sang, danced and grown on the stages on Carnegie Hall, Lincoln Center, Skirball Center for Performing Arts and the streets of NYC.
My sister and her friend Carol came to the Big Gay Sing this year. It was my most memorable experience with the Chorus.
I can't imagine living in this huge city without having a community where I fit.
I fit here.
Our mission is to sing for equality. It's never been more important my friend. The Supreme Court will be voting on whether I can be fired for being gay. I mean me. Not someone you don't know.
It's horrifying.
I've set a goal of 300.00 by the end of October. When I say any donation I helps I mean ANY donation.
