After months of tension in the region, violence has increased. There have been over 30,000 fatalities, thousands of injuries, thousands of persons reported missing, and millions displaced. A "total blockade" has been imposed in Gaza, denying the 2 million inhabitants there access to gasoline, food, and power. The Palestinian people are constantly threatened with violence and live under occupation, depriving them of almost all fundamental human rights. One of the worst refugee crises our planet has ever had is the Palestinian issue. The number of displaced Palestinians is about 7 million. Our goal is to demonstrate to the Palestinian people that we are here to help as much as we can and they are not forgetten.
