Out of the 24,620 Palestinians who have lost their lives since October 7th, 70% are women and children. Almost 1 million women, and girls have been displaced with nowhere to go. More than 3000 women have become widows, 10,000 children have become orphans, and the situation is getting worse every day. The predicament facing the people of Palestine warrants urgent and immediate attention. Every day that passes, women and children are left without the necessities, such as medical care, hygiene products, and most of all, food. 
     Our objective in raising funds to donate to support groups that have specific programs to assist the women and children of Gaza. Our plan is to use a combination of resources to raise these funds, such as online crowdfunding, events with our community (Masjid and School), partnership with local businesses, and outreach to specific community members. 
     We will focus on the current challenges faced, limited access to medical attention, housing, food, and education. Presenting inspirational stories of those who have survived these atrocities and showing their resilience.  
     InshAllah this campaign will be successful and provide immediate support to the women and children of Gaza as well as help them in their resolve and hope for a brighter future. Our team working with our community, inshAllah will make a difference and show solidarity with the women and children of Gaza in their hopes of justice and peace.
