Please support this dynamic, creative event in our community. The Latinx Comic Arts Festival (LCAF) is the California Central Valley’s celebration of Latinx comic arts creators and friends, highlighting Latinx cartoonists, writers, animators, artists, and comic arts educators. The Festival is a huge student and community-centered event that brings these incredibly talented creators to the MJC campus for two full days of interactive tabling, panels, and workshops. It also includes a live lowrider exhibit!
Founded by MJC’s own Professor of English, Dr. Theresa Rojas, LCAF offers students and the community the unique opportunity to meet and interact with creators who bring comics and animation to life. This is a FREE, family-friendly, all ages community event.
Your support ensures that this event remains FREE and open to the public and delivered in person OR online in Spring, 2021.
