MJC offers an innovative field studies dyad class that combines training in geology and archaeology/anthropology. Field classes offer hands-on, active learning needed to succeed in our disciplines. Typically, students pay for their own travel costs (camp sites or hotels, museum entrance fees, special event fees) as well as registration and book costs. Your support will help more students participate in this essential learning environment, since funds can be used to offset travel costs and add highly relevant and educational tours such as a walk through a slot canyon in Arizona or a tour of a mesa-top pueblo in New Mexico.
Our students thank you for your support.
