Nestled on a beautiful 24-acre campus, Miami Jewish Health is a non-profit organization with an 80-year legacy of providing care for aging adults and some of our community’s most frail populations. They offer a broad spectrum of services including independent and assisted living, skilled nursing, the largest in the state, long-term care and quality of life programming. They also reimagined how they provide care to approximately 1,000 nursing home-eligible seniors in our community who participate in the PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) program.
The MIND Institute at Miami Jewish Health, designated by the state of Florida as an official Memory Disorder Clinic, provides clients living with neurocognitive disorders a full range of brain fitness assessments including, Alzheimer’s disease prevention and brain-healthy lifestyle coaching, caregiver support/training, and much more.

The Frontliners are a group of caring compassionate healthcare workers that serves the acute care needs of Miami Jewish Health. As the smallest hospital in Florida, on the campus of the largest nursing home in the state, Douglas Gardens Hospital and the Ambulatory Care Clinic cares for the residents and patients of Miami Jewish Health, PACE Programs and Season's Hospice.
