Please Help Me Hit My Fundraising Goal!

This giving season, I will be fundraising for Minds Matter Detroit. Minds Matter connects driven and determined students from low-income families with the people, preparation, and possibilities to succeed in college, create their future, and change the world. We believe in the power of a college education as the driver for success.

  • Since 1991, 100% of Minds Matter students have been accepted to a 4-year college or university.
  • The Class of 2020 got 85% of their tuition needs met. Graduating with little-to-no debt makes an extraordinary difference for our students.

We hope you will join us in supporting an organization close to our hearts, Minds Matter Detroit!

Where Donations Go:

Minds Matter is a 100% volunteer run organization. Every penny you donate will go to the students in one of the following ways:

  • Average Saturday Sessions Cost: $15 per student: 
    • Breakfast & Lunch
    • Books & Material 
    • SAT Prep Material
    • Transportation 
  • Average Summer Academic Program: $2,500 per student
    • $2,000 ~ Tuition
    • $350 ~ Travel
    • $150 ~ Spending
  • Average College Fee(s): $400 per student
    • College Applications
    • Senior Gift 
    • College Stipend
