Hello family and friends!

It is that time of year and are doing it again! On August 3rd, 2019 we will be participating in the 2019 Pinky Swear Kids Triathlon (formerly known as the Miracles of Mitch) at Lake Nokomis in Minneapolis. It's the largest kids triathlon in the United States. We are not racing for ourselves but for kids who are too sick with cancer to race for themselves.

This will be the 9th year that we have participated in this great cause. God has kept our bodies healthy and strong and we love to honor Him in using our blessings to support others in this way. We always think about our Grandpa Bruce when doing this triathlon, he died of cancer when Ryan was only one and Jake was two months old, we know that Grandpa Bruce is proud of us when we are racing. Every year we have Grandpa Bruce's name and our cancer kid all star's name written on our legs for the race and it motivates us to do our best!

We are participating in the Pinky Swear Kids Triathlon and raising money to help those kids with cancer and their families. Fundraising dollars will help pay for mortgages, rent, food, gas, and transportation for these kids and families. Our goal is to raise $500. Our ultimate goal is to keep the Pinky Swear by helping children with cancer and their families that are going through a tough time. Are you in?
