How do I send tickets to my guests?

Assign your additional tickets to guests at the time of purchase under Ticket Details. To assign a ticket to yourself, just click the box labeled This is my ticket. To send a ticket to a guest, click Invite a Guest. The Guest Information area will appear, where you can enter their name, email address, and phone number. A copy of the ticket will be emailed to your guest after you complete registration.

If you aren’t sure who you want to invite yet, you can leave guest information blank. After you complete registration, you'll receive an email with your auction ticket. In the body of the email, click Manage My Tickets, which will take you back to the Manage Your Tickets page. From here, you can send, resend, and revoke and reassign tickets.

How do I enter the auction?

First you need to set up an auction account with a payment method. After registration you’ll receive an email of your ticket with a link to enter the auction. Clicking the Start Bidding Now link will take you back to the auction website to set up your account using an email and password.  You will then be prompted to add a credit or debit card to use for the auction.

Once you’ve created your auction account and added your payment method, you can enter the auction by installing the Givi App on your apple or android smartphone.

From the Givi home screen, tap Login and enter the email address and password you used when creating your auction account at the top of the screen (ignore the ticket code at the bottom of the screen). Once you've logged in, you'll be on the Givi home screen. To enter the auction, tap Events at the bottom of the screen. Tap Enter Auction under Capture The Moment to view items and start bidding.

Please Note: bidding is only available day of the event. Auction items will be posted for preview in the beginning of October.

How do I pay for the auction items I won?

When the auction ends, the countdown for the category will be replaced with a message that says, “Time’s Up,” and any item you were winning will now say, “You Won.” You’ll see a message displaying your remaining balance. Tap the Remaining Balance message to be taken to the Checkout screen. Review your purchases, and then tap Submit Payment to finish checking out. Once you’ve submitted a payment, your Checkout screen will be marked Paid, and all paid amounts will be written in green.

If you are having trouble checking out, please see the check out stand for assistance. Tapping My QR Code on the Checkout screen will pull up your personal QR code, which the hostest can use to assist you with checking out.  

If you wish to pay with cash or check, please see the check out stand on your way out of the venue.

Please Note: You can pay your balance for Store and Fund-a-Need items at any time, but you won’t be able to pay for Auction items until the auction has ended.
