Help me move for mental health!

This December I will be participating in the first ever “Move 4 Mental Health” Virtual 5K and I need YOUR help to reach my goal! I'm running 5K to support our effort to raise 15K!

Did you know that 1 in 5 adults in America experience mental health challenges in a given year? Most people who have faced mental health challenges have also experienced the stigma the surrounds it, causing people to feel ashamed for something that is out of their control.
