Musical Notes is WYSO’s annual family fundraising campaign! This fun, community-building effort helps keep tuition costs affordable while ensuring every musician has the resources they need to thrive. Tuition covers less than 20% of the cost of supporting a WYSO musician, so funds raised go directly back into the program.

Throughout the year, WYSO families participate in a variety of fun and creative fundraising activities, from selling coffee to playing in a practice-a-thon. Families are encouraged to reach out to relatives, friends, coworkers, neighbors, and anyone who loves music to support their student’s journey. We ask that each member raise $200, with an overall campaign goal of $85,000 across all orchestras. Our participation goal is 100% of WYSO families!
