PTA INFORMATION

The Poe Parent-Teacher Association (PTA) is a chapter under the national PTA organization that consists of parents, teachers, school staff, and community members. We even have grandparents on our PTA! However, we are NOT the Poe Local School Council (LSC). We advocate for our students, teachers and schools on a local, state and national level. We also fundraise for the needs of our school and its teachers and students. The PTA also provides programs that strengthen family and school partnerships and provide information to parents. The Poe PTA in the past has planned and executed Grandparents Day, the Fall and Spring Book Fairs, Walk-a-Thons, and supported other events at Poe.
