17th Annual Night at the Races Presented by Leppo Rents

Online Auction is Now Open

This year's silent auction is happening right now and will end at Night at the Races on Saturday, June 6, 8:30 p.m. We've opened five exclusive packages for online bidding; you do not have to be an event attendee to participate. (There will also be silent auction items just for event attendees as well at NATR.) Included in the online auction:

  • Goodyear Blimp Ride for Two -EXCLUSIVE, cannot be purchased
  • Four Cleveland Guardians Field Box Seats + three downtown breweries.
  • Two VIP box seats and VIP parking for a concert at Blossom Music Center (you get to choose from four shows!) + dinner at Papa Joe's in Akron.
  • A private outing at the Soap Box Derby with 15-25 of your closest friends! Ride the hill, explore Derby Downs and receive a guided tour from the ISBD staff.  
  • LeBron James brand Nike basketball sneakers donated by Romeo Travis, former teammate and friend of LeBron, assistant coach at St. Vincent St. Mary and former pro player; also includes tickets to the LeBron James Museum and a gift card to Buckets.

How to Register for the Online Auction

1. If you already have an event ticket, you're registered. When you log in to the Auction Site o bid, make sure you use the same email you bought your ticket with.

2. Once you're logged in, use your browser or download the Givi app (we highly suggest the app!)

4. If you don't have a ticket and aren't able to attend, Click the Tickets, Tables, Horses, Online Auction button above and purchase a $0 Auction Ticket to register. 

5. OR when you go to a specific item on the Auction Site, you'll see REGISTER instead of a login button, and you can register there using the $0 Auction Ticket. You can also download Givi from there. 

 

How to Enter the Online Auction and Start Bidding

As an event ticket holder, you are registered for the Silent Auction, which includes an online portion this year. 

To view the auction items without registering, visit https://secure.qgiv.com/event/natr26/items

Web (browser) steps: 

  1. Open this link to enter the auction: https://secure.qgiv.com/event/natr26/items or use the Auction Items button at the top of this page
  2. It will ask you to log in before you can bid. Use the email you bought your ticket with to log in.
  3. Although you can participate using a computer/browser, we strongly suggest using the Givi app to continue bidding through Saturday.

Givi app steps:

  1. Click here to access and download the Givi app  The Givi app is operated by the fundraising software that Greenleaf uses to run Night at the Races
  2. Once installed, choose "Join + Find Event"
  3. Enter the email you used when you bought your ticket
  4. Verify through text or email
  5. Once verified, choose a participant/ticket and you're in!
