Hoops for Hope Event Details

Each year the YMCA hosts its annual Hoops for Hope Celebrity Basketball Event which includes a Celebrity Basketball Game along with a High School Three Point Competition.

The player that raises the most money in the Celebrity Basketball Game will earn the MVP award at the end of the game.  Please consider a donation to support youth in our community.

You can also become a VIP supporter.  As a VIP supporter, you will recieve access to private seating and catered food from Main Event Sports Grill.  Purchase and individual ticket, or bring a group of friends to share in the VIP experience.

Event Schedule

5:30 PM | Doors open to public
6 PM | First round of 3 pt competition
7:15 PM | Tip off
7:45 PM | Second round, 3 pt competition
8:25 PM | Game finish
8:30 PM | 3pt finals
8:35 PM | Awards

About the YMCA

Since 1868, the YMCA of Columbia-Willamette has offered programs to children, families and older adults that help build healthy spirit, mind and body each year.

In 2019, the YMCA in Clark County will serve more than 8,000 youth in sports leagues, summer camps, swim lessons, swim team, y-time, licensed child care and after school and evening programs. One out of four of our families will receive financial assistance to participate in YMCA programs. Contributions raised at our Hoops for Hope Event will be used to support these youth.
