What do I wear?
The attire is black-tie optional. Short cocktail dresses, long formal gowns, suits, and tuxedos are all acceptable.
Can I book a room at the Rosen Shingle Creek for a special rate?
Yes! We are pleased to offer our guests a special room rate of $149/night for the evenings of October 2-6. Reserve your room online now.
I have not received my tickets to the event.
Please note that there are no paper tickets given to guests. Upon arrival, please visit the registration area to check in to the event.

What is a mix and movable feast?
Our gala is different from the traditional sit down dinner; it is a movable feast in a dynamic atmosphere where guests move freely throughout the space and experience world class food and entertainment. We hope that you will spend the evening mixing and mingling with friends and colleagues all while supporting Nemours.
What is for dinner?
There are many different stations presenting a wide variety of delicious cuisine including sushi, salad, seafood, poultry and desserts. We make an effort to accommodate all dietary lifestyles and restrictions to the best of our ability. We offer cocktails and coffee service as well.
Where am I sitting?
The following sponsors will enjoy reserved seating: Presenting Sponsor ($25,000) and Diamond Sponsors ($12,500).
Since Night with Nemours is a mix and movable feast, there is not reserved seating for guests who purchased tickets or if it is not outlined in the sponsorship that was purchased. There will be table seating as well as lounge seating available but not assigned. This will allow all to spend the evening mixing and mingling with friends and colleagues while enjoying wonderful dinner and dessert stations as well as cocktails.
I have not purchased my tickets yet. How can I do that?
Purchase your tickets online via credit card or payroll deduction (for Nemours Associates only) now. If you prefer to pay by check, you may still register with this link and enter CHECK into the promo code field. We will follow up with you for payment.
Can I purchase tickets to the event at the door?
We prefer that you purchase tickets before the event. However, if you need to purchase tickets the day of the event, please call Lauren Nelson at 407-650-7467 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Will there be an auction?
Yes! After a special presentation at 8 p.m., we will hold a live auction. Take a sneak peek at the items available and start planning your bids now.
Will there be an opportunity to make a donation at the event?
Yes! We are happy to host an easy "text to give" program. When you check in at the event, you will register with your name, mobile phone number, and credit card. Shortly after, you will receive a series of text messages with instructions on how to make a gift. Please note that your credit card will not be charged unless you make a gift and credit card numbers are not retained. Additionally, gifts made during the event will appear on your credit card statement as "Qtego", which is our credit card processing partner.
