Family and friends - I’m thrilled to be participating in the 2026 Unite for Bleeding Disorders Walk, a fundraiser to support the bleeding disorders community! As you know, my sons, Aiden (13) and Andrew (10) both have severe Hemophilia A.  It has been an incredible journey from diagnosis to absolutely thriving!  

The thing is, we weren't always thriving.  The early days were HARD.  They were filled with grief, fear, and despair.  Many days I didn't know how I was going to get through life raising children with a severe chronic illness.  And then I asked for help.  I leaned into an organization that's reason for being was people like us.  

The New England Hemophilia Association (NEHA) is an organization that serves the New England bleeding disorders community.  All money raised stays within our community and funds crucial advocacy, education, research, and support services. As a community member and a Board member, I’m passionate about this cause as it has directly impacted the health and well-being of my family.  But, I can't show my gratitude for NEHA alone.  This is why I walk - to raise funds for the organization that has helped my family to thrive.  Every donation— big or small — helps me reach my fundraising goal and directly impacts this important cause.

• Donate: Contribute whatever you can. No amount is too small! (Really, I promise, even $1 helps!).  You can donate directly to me or show some love for one (or both) of the boys through our team page.
