Every year we hear of horrible stories of children being abused and neglected around the country. It's time for us to stand together as a community to bring awareness to this horrible issue that continues to grow in our own back yards. Many people will turn away from discussing this issue; however, I am asking you to stand with me and help spread the awareness. Last year there were 4,550 confirmed cases of child abuse in BEXAR COUNTY of those, 10 children lost their lives....
