Surrounded by her loving family, we lost Janet at the age of 62 to her battle with cancer less than a year from her diagnosis.

Janet family was the most important thing to her. Her infectious laugh always brought smiles and joy to everyone around her.  We miss her dearly.

During her battle with cancer, her family attended every medical appointment, chemo treatment and was at her bedside around the clock in her last days so that she never felt alone.

Not everyone has this support system to help them through the most difficult days in their lives.  This is the reason the Never Alone Cancer Foundation was founded by Lyle Bauer.  During his battle, meeting people at chemo treatments and medical appointments, he realized how many people were or felt alone on their journey.  Many suffering financial hardships, too sick to work, in addition to their feelings of isolation, fear and depression.
