Dylan Dionisopoulos Vietz was a beautiful, healthy baby who moved around gently inside his mama’s belly.  He is our first son.  At 33 weeks after a completely “normal” pregnancy, we went to the hospital to find that our son no longer had a heartbeat and had passed away from a placental abruption.  We never found a reason for the abruption.  Star Legacy has been a resource of support and advocacy for our family and other loss families.  The organization promotes research, support and awareness of this often needless tragedy.  We walk to honor and remember our sweet baby Dylan and because every pregnancy deserves a happy ending.
