thank you for viewing my page. As a mother, the most important thing is to keep your children safe. Sometimes there are circumstances that is out of your control and having a child born with a heart defeat that affects 1 out of 100 kids is one of them. 
 

I found out that my son was going to be born with a heart defect when I was 20 weeks pregnant and we were not really sure how serious it was u till he was born. After having open heart surgery at 3 months of life and 4 stent procedures, I have come to appreciate any good news I could hear. Thank god for Cohens children's hospital and our surgeon and cath lab doctors. They really saved our lives. None of that would have been possible without the research that has proved to provide us with solutions, with the inavations that have been developed . Our fight is not over and we have a lifetime of challenges Eser will face before we are in the clear. While we pray for a cure, we pray that there will always be new advances made that will help him as each year passes.
