Catriona Carlisle - Panelist
Executive Director
Meals on Wheels of Greenville

Catriona joined the Meals on Wheels of Greenville team in 2009 as the Assistant Executive Director and was promoted to Executive Director in 2013. She manages a staff of over 30 while working alongside the Board of Directors and Leadership Team to implement strategic planning and oversee the organization's mission and operations. Catriona has previously worked with Bon Secours St. Francis Health System’s Foundation and the American Heart Association.

She received the Leadership Greenville Distinguished Alumni award in 2021. She serves on the advisory council for the Livewell Food Insecurity Coalition, is a Woman of Distinction mentor with the Furman Women’s basketball program, board member for South Carolina Association of Council on Aging Directors and member of the Greenville Professional Women’s Forum.

Jason Richards, SIOR - Panelist
Global Business Director and Shareholder
NAI Earle Furman

Jason joined NAI Earle Furman in January of 2007 as a vice president, was promoted to Chief Operating Officer in 2011, and was named Global Business Director in May of 2020. He works across the firm’s seven offices in North and South Carolina and also within the NAI Global network creating ad-hoc teams to serve both individual investors as well as corporate and institutional clients. Jason is also involved in the strategies related to the firm’s organic growth as well as growth via acquisition. He's a 13 year member of the NAI Global Leadership Board and was chair in 2021.

He currently serves as secretary of the board of trustees of Furman University and is the chair elect of the board of Public Education Partners. He has chaired several other community boards including United Way of Greenville County, Pendleton Place and the Greenville Police Foundation. Additionally, he has served on the boards of The Family Effect, South Carolina Independent Colleges and Universities, The Greenville Symphony Association and the Poinsett Club, as well as serving on the Advisory Boards of the Greenville Chamber and South State Bank.

Tina Belge - Panelist
Founder & Principal
Catalyst Community Consulting

Tina is a Principal Consultant and Founder of Catalyst Community Consulting where she helps spark change for local governments, nonprofits, and affordable housing developers. She utilizes her community development and urban planning background as well as her policy and advocacy skill set to help her clients make a sustainable impact. She has also served as the Executive Director of Keep Greenville County Beautiful, an environmental non-profit focused on community engagement and placemaking and ran for State Senate in 2019, with plans to run again for office soon.

Her volunteerism includes founding the Young Voter Coalition, an organization run by young people for young people, with a focus on voter registration and civic engagement. She also serves on the boards of SC Women’s Affordable Housing Network, is a founding member of SC Women In Leadership, Twin Lake Cottages HOA Secretary, and is a Summit Drive PTA member.

She is an alum of UNC Chapel Hill’s MPA program, where she focused on Community and Economic Development. She has a wonderful husband, Jacob, and two daughters, Sammy and Robin, and their two dogs, Lily and Ruff.

Kamber Parker Bowden, an award-winning speaker and consultant, founded The YoPro Know in 2018 to bridge the gap between ambitious young professionals and the companies eager to hire and retain them. Recognized as the Greenville Chamber's Young Professional of the Year (2021), Small Business of the Year (2022), and a recipient of the SC Women In Business Award, Kamber is a dynamic force in the generational communication space.

Over the past five years, she has interviewed thousands of professionals, uncovering their key struggles and successes to help them thrive in the workplace. The key to that success? Strong intergenerational communication. Through consulting and training, Kamber and her team empower companies to create environments where all generations can flourish. When she's not transforming workplaces, Kamber enjoys yoga, running, and karaoke!
