Amelia Phoebe Miers was born still on December 29, 2020. We had been so excited to welcome another baby to our family, and were devastated to learn about a week before her birth that she had Hypoplastic Right Heart Syndrome (HRHS), a severe heart defect that results in the right side of the heart being underdeveloped. A little over a year after she was born, we got involved with No Foot Too Small when Alex went to her first mom's group and in May of 2021 we attended our first Angels in the Outfield event. We are so grateful to have found a group with such an important mission, and we would love your help to raise money that will continue to support families experiencing pregnancy and infant loss by hosting in person and virtual support groups, family events like Angels in the Outfield and Blooms and Butterflies, golf tournaments and more!
