Since 2013, the No Foot Too Small Gala has grown from a small gathering of 75 people into one of Iowa’s most impactful fundraising celebrations—welcoming more than 750 guests each year. This flagship event is more than a fundraiser. It is a sacred space to:

• Honor angels gone too soon
• Celebrate families navigating pregnancy and infant loss
• Raise funds to support bereaved parents through programs, events, and Birthing & Bereavement Suites
