For the second year, I'm participating in No Shave November. Not only is it a great cause to bring awareness to men's prostate and colon health, but the issue hits real close to home for me. A very close family member has had both prostate and colon cancer, so I feel like I have to do may part to raise money to support cancer prevention, education and research.
