I'm raising money for American Parkinson Disease Association!

As you may know, I was diagnosed with Parkinson’s Disease 8 years ago. While the diagnosis was unexpected, my thoughts on leaving the office were that I was still the same person that walked in 45 minutes earlier. With that perspective, I continued my regular activities and supplemented them with more exercise. Now I am committed to exercising most days of the week. I either do a 3 mile walk or a Parkinson related boxing workout program called Rock Steady Boxing or play Senior Softball. Recently, I was invited to be part of the first annual Knock It Out of the Parkie softball game fundraiser for the American Parkinson Disease Association (APDA)!
