The NYCGMC 2025 Membership Fundraising Drive!
Hi Everyone -
I'm reaching out with a personal request, close to my heart. As you may know, I've been involved with the NYC Gay Men's Chorus (NYCGMC) for around 30 years. It's an organization that means a lot to me and the community. I'm reaching out to ask for your support in our annual membership fundraising drive.
The NYCGMC is more than just a Chorus. We are an internationally renowned performing arts institution and a pioneering voice for the LGBTQIA+ community. Through the power of our voices, the NYCGMC challenges perceptions, combats fear, encourages compassion, and thrills audiences with inspiring performances. In these critical times, our work championing social justice and embracing diversity, equity, and intersectionality is more vital than ever. (and I do not mean between the baritones and tenors!)
From Carnegie Hall, Lincoln Center, Tony Awards, television, and our over 40 annual outreach activities in schools and other mission-driven gigs, the NYCGMC amplifies our mission through our voices from NYC and beyond.
We are a non-profit and rely on the generosity of donors to continue our work. Your contribution, no matter the size, makes an enormous difference in sustaining our programs, which continue to be under scrutiny and attack.
