A little bit about The Children's Heart foundation... their mission is to advance the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of congenital heart defects by funding the most promising research.  Noah would not be here if it were not valuable research that has occurred in the past few decades.  There have been remarkable break throughs for his condition, HLHS.  This organization benefits all congenital heart conditions, a problem that occurs in 1:100 individuals and has a large spectrum of severity.  Your support will SAVE LIVES!  Thank you for providing HOPE!  I may not be blazing this marathon as fast as most of my previous races, but this may end up being the most meaningful running experience I've ever had.  Thank your for contributing!
