Back in 2004 I was awarded Big Sister of the Year in Oregon.   It was such an honor and I'm so happy to finally have time to come back and join Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Greater Sacramento Area. 

As you may know I have two Little Sisters from this program.  When we were first matched they were 12 and 14.  Now they are both in their 30's raising their own kids!  They have been a constant in my life even though we don't see one another as much as I'd like.  I hope to fundraise for this event to help create future relationships with mentors and youth here in Sacramento.
