As winter grips Hudson and the lakes freeze over, brave plungers jump into the chilly waters of Oakdale Lake to back three really important local causes:  Hudson Youth Department Waterfront Program,  Hudson Fire Department's Water Rescue and Dive Team, and Perfect Ten After School Program, All funds raised will be evenly divided between each organization. The dive team uses their share to improve gear and keep their all volunteer squad trained, making our community safer. The youth department uses their share to help pay for lifeguard training and offer extended hours for free summer fun at the beach, while Perfect Ten uses their portion to help fund swimming lessons at summer camp for their girls.

Saunas!!! Big Towel Spa is treating the first 12 individuals who raise $1000 to VIP treatment with free access for 1 hour and 45 minutes to the onsite saunas after the plunge!

Outrageous Costumes are strongly encouraged for all our intrepid plungers and once again we'll have a costume contest and prizes for the lucky winners. We will announce the winners at the end of the the event.

Spectators are welcome and encouraged at the beach for what is sure to be a fun and hilarious event!
