If you knew and loved La Mar Jackson, Jr., you know he lived life to the fullest! From being an educator, a support system, a god parent, a class president, and a best friend, he wore many hats and performed his roles with grace and joy. He knew everyone, and if you met him, even for a moment, you felt and embraced his gentle but firm spirit wholeheartedly. A brother, an uncle, father figure, mentor, encourager, and exhorter to so many.   But most importantly, La Mar was a teacher. He was passionate about helping inform his community about Hemophilia.  So in his honor, we would like to present to you an extension of the La Mar Jackson, Jr. Foundation.  

As we celebrate the life of La Mar Jackson, Jr. our goal is to continue fulfilling the mission he began and will continue.  As a family, our desire is to help educate the South Florida community about hemophilia and how to navigate and execute a healthy, fulfilling life just like La Mar did! He did so much work in our community to educate and was a walking testament to what life looked like when you conquered hemophilia!
