Dear friends and family,

I am so excited to be fundraising again throughout the month of October for Daystar’s sliding scale. Last year, we gave $413,211 in sliding scale dollars to families in need of counseling services that couldn’t afford them otherwise and served 367 sliding scale clients last year.

We continue to serve families for all different reasons: anxiety, divorce of parents, the Covenant School shooting, cancer, learning disabilities, social skills, and so much more.

Last year in total we served 2,123 families and had 20,977 scheduled appointments. It’s crazy for me to think about how this has created 20,000 different opportunities for the Gospel to be shared through Daystar’s actions and words. Through our individual and group counseling sessions, our summer retreats and day camps, parent consults, and assessments, the Lord is working through the families of middle Tennessee and beyond.
