Oak Hills Athletic Booster Club, Inc. has been granted non-profit status under section 501c (3) of the Internal Revenue Service Code. Accordingly, contributions make to the Oak Hills Athletic Boosters Club, Inc. are deductible for the federal income tax purposes subject to the following. The statement of donations for the items with a value of $250 or more must support all contributions. For items with a value of $500 or more, IRS Form 8283 must be completed. For items with a value of $5000 or more, IRS Form 8283 must include a qualified appraisal. Your “Donor’s Stated Value” for items(s) above have been accepted by our organization as the Fair Market Value. We encourage you to consult your tax advisor regarding deductibility to you.
