The men of Kappa Alpha Order Pi Chapter enjoy serving our community in many aspects. We teach young gentlemen to be the best they can and contribute where they can. We work closely with a few historical sites in the Knoxville area to make sure they are kept clean and presentable, so we can show off the deep history of the Knoxville Area. While we enjoy helping in our community, we want to do more. Many of our members are sons of military service members or have past or present military experience. This year we are teaming up with the Independence Fund to provide a veteran with a track chair. This track chair will allow a veteran to continue doing the things he or she loved. Many of the things that these veterans are no longer able to do are things our brothers do on a regular basis such as hunting fishing and hiking. We hope to raise $20,000 for our first track chair. We believe this is a very small price to pay for someone who gave more than we could ever imagine to our country. We have a deep respect for our veterans and hope that you will join us in changing the life of a veteran.
