Registration & Account Questions

How do I sign up for the Teen Board fundraiser?
Use the link provided by your Teen Board coordinator to register and create your fundraising account. Once registered, you’ll get a confirmation email with instructions to activate your page.

What if I forget my login or password?
Click “Forgot Password” on the login page to reset it. If you run into issues, contact your Teen Board coordinator.

Fundraising Page Questions

How do I customize my page?
Once registered, you can add a profile photo, personal story, and set your fundraising goal. Use the Edit My Page button in your dashboard.

How do I write a personal story that inspires donations?
Share why the Teen Board matters to you and how donations will help Oklahoma students experience the Oklahoma Hall of Fame. Be authentic and personal! Donors connect with real stories.

Sharing & Promotion

How do I share my page on social media?
Use the built-in social share buttons on your page, or copy your personal link and post it to Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, or Facebook.

Can I send emails directly from the platform?
Yes! Use the Email My Network or Share Event tool to reach friends and family.

How can I ask for donations without feeling awkward?
Focus on sharing why this cause matters to you and how it helps students. People are more likely to give when they see your passion.

Donation Tracking

How do I see who has donated?
Log in to your dashboard and click My Donations to see all donors, even those who gave anonymously.

Can I track offline donations like cash or checks?
Yes! You can enter offline donations in your dashboard, labeled as cash or check.

What does “unverified” mean?
Offline donations are marked unverified until the Oklahoma Hall of Fame receives and confirms them. Please bring any offline donations to the next Teen Board meeting!

How do I collect cash or checks safely?
Keep a secure list of donors and amounts. Make checks payable to Oklahoma Hall of Fame, and include your name and “Teen Board Fundraiser 2025” in the memo.

How do I submit offline donations to be verified?
Mail donations to the Hall of Fame at the address provided or bring them to the next Teen Board Meeting. Once received, your donation will be verified and added to your total.

Every dollar funds free field trips for Oklahoma classrooms to the Oklahoma Hall of Fame, covering transportation, admission, and teacher resources.

Will I be recognized for reaching my goal?
Yes! Teens are celebrated for meeting goals, and top fundraisers will be celebrated at the January Teen Board meeting.
