For the fifth year, we are so proud to partner with Operation Impact for Operation Holiday Impact, a tradition that has become incredibly meaningful to us.
We started this journey in December 2022 with one simple goal: to bring our community together to help make Christmas a little more magical for children and families who need it most.
Over the years, Operation Holiday Impact has looked a little different each season. We’ve shopped directly from children’s Christmas lists, taken over Target to fill carts with gifts, delivered presents to community centers, helped throw holiday celebrations with Santa and hot cocoa, and raised funds that our community partners could allocate directly to families based on where they needed it most.
No matter what it looks like each year, the heart behind it has always stayed the same.
We have been incredibly fortunate to grow up with amazing Christmas memories and to continue experiencing the magic of the holiday season as adults. We also know that isn’t every child’s reality.
The thought of a child going back to school after Christmas wondering why Santa brought their friends more, or feeling like they somehow weren’t as deserving of that magic, is heartbreaking. If we have the opportunity to help change that experience for even one child, we want to.
This year, our goal is to raise a minimum of $5,000.
It costs approximately $250 to support one child’s Christmas list, which means reaching our goal could help provide Christmas for approximately 20 children.
One of the reasons we continue partnering with Operation Impact is because they make giving back accessible during one of the busiest times of the year. Between running businesses, raising families, working, shopping, hosting and everything else that comes with the holiday season, so many people want to help but simply don’t have the extra time to shop for an entire Christmas list.
This gives all of us another way to make an impact.
We raise the funds, Operation Impact works alongside its trusted community partners to identify the needs, and the funds are allocated to help make sure these children and families are taken care of. We know this organization, we trust its mission, and we have had the privilege of seeing the impact with our own eyes.
Whether you can fund an entire Christmas list, contribute $100, $50, $25, $10, or simply share this fundraiser with someone else, every dollar and every share counts.
Together, we can raise awareness, raise funds, and remind these children that their community showed up for them.
Our goal is $5,000. Our hope is to give at least 20 children a Christmas they deserve. And with your help, we would absolutely love to surpass it.
