Kate, rappel off the roof of a 16-story building at age 73?! But WHY??

Well, back about 1973 I was doing some rock climbing, rappelling, even a Tyrolean traverse! I wouldn’t say I got over fear but I did learn to have confidence in equipment and proven techniques. 

So why do this now? 

To help single-moms get equipped and learn skills that will give them confidence in their task of providing for their children.
