As a principal, I often see students who are struggling with significant challenges impacting their ability to focus on academics.  For far too many, homelessness, poverty, abuse, and neglect are things they are dealing with on a daily basis. 

Our school has parterned with YSB for many years. Like many of you, my first contact with YSB was through the Safe Place presentations and the Street Outreach team when they visit during the lunch periods. 

I've certainly got some anxiety about rappeling 108 feet down the side of the building. However, that stress is minimal when compared to the stress some of our students experience everyday.

Please consider a donation to help YSB and to get me to my goal of raising $1,000!  Together we can make a positive difference for young people in our community.
