When YSB asked if I would consider rapelling 108 feel down the side of a building, of course I said YES!  Not becuase I'm an adventure seeker, but because I see every day the need our students have for an agency like YSB.

Everyday, there are students who cannot fully focus on their studies because of struggles with homelessness, poverty, abuse, or neglect. As educators, we try our best to let students know they can come to us with problems, but it's not an easy thing. 

We have partnerned with YSB for many years to connect with students facing crisis. With the Safe Place presentations and lunchtime visits from Street Outreach our students learn that YSB is a place they can connect with to find help.

While I'm a bit anxious about going Over the Edge, that stress is minimal compared to what some of our students experience everyday.  

Please consider helping me reach my goal of raise $1,000 or more for YSB.  Together, we are making a positive differnce for young people in our community.
