Moving with

Grief is not an emotion I choose to move away from.  I move with it. Along side it, deeper into it, then hopefully pass through it.  However, passing through greif doesn't mean your never going to see it again.  It is a tricky emotion and sneaks up on you at times when you least expect it.  

I'm walking this day to hold space for those whom I grieve and for that which I have lost. 

I'm a fortunate person in the since that I have been able to move with grief in a supported environment.  I acknowledge there are those that have not had the same fortune as I.  I am fundraising for those people.  The people that need the open hearts and space for other people's grief.
