Booth Policies and Guidelines
1. Registration Fees:
All exhibitor booth registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
2. Payment and Permits:
Exhibitor registration forms submitted without payment or required permits will not be processed.
3. Set-Up Time:
All exhibitors must complete their booth set-up by 6:30 AM on Sunday, April 26.
4. Dismantling Booths:
All exhibitors must dismantle their booths no earlier than 12:00 PM on Sunday, April 26.
5. Booth Inclusions:
For a 10' x 10' booth, 1 table and 2 chairs will be provided.
6. Additional Services:
Electricity, internet, and water services are not included in the exhibitor registration fee. Please make arrangements in advance if these services are required.
