Soar with Me to Help End Homelessness & Addiction in Pittsburgh!
Friends, I’m doing something bold—on August 16, 2025, I’m jumping out of a plane (yes, literally!) to raise awareness and support for those facing homelessness and addiction right here in Pittsburgh.
We’re calling it Soar—a new twist on our annual fundraising event. While we originally planned to Go Over the Edge by rappelling down a building, this year we’re taking it even higher with a tandem skydiving experience. Why? Because the people we serve at Light of Life Rescue Mission take courageous leaps every day to rebuild their lives—and I want to do the same in their honor.
Since joining Light of Life in January as Director of Development, I’ve witnessed powerful stories of transformation. People like James came through our doors in the grip of addiction and hopelessness—and today, they’re soaring toward stability and purpose. That kind of change is only possible because of supporters like you.
I’ve committed to raising $1,500 (or more!) to ensure we can keep providing life-saving meals, safe shelter, and long-term recovery programs. Will you help me get there?
Your gift—no matter the size—will lift someone toward a better future. Together, we can break the cycle of homelessness and addiction in our city.
Please donate today and help me Soar for Light of Life!
Thank you for believing in second chances and being part of this life-changing work.
