After having to take a year off in 2020, the 6th Annual Over the Edge Knox will be returning to Downtown Knoxville on Saturday August 21, 2021 - an exciting, high adrenaline Rappelling experience unlike any other, and it ncludes a fun Block Party at street level!

This year we will be rappelling 16 STORIES down the side of the beautiful historical Trotter/First Century Bank Building in Downtown Knoxville located at 625 Market Street - adjacent to Krutch Park and Market Square - hosting the most thrilling fundraiser event to ever hit Knoxville, and we want YOU to join us! 

Why Over the Edge: 

Every day, single-mothers selflessly face pressures that would push most of us Over the Edge. Time and time again, they courageously face these challenges head on in order to provide for their children.
In response to their strength, bravery and dedication, The Restoration House asks: Would you go Over the Edge for someone you love? And will you go Over the Edge for the mother-led families of The Restoration House?!

About The Restoration House

At its core, The Restoration House (TRH) believes that God intended for us to live in community. Over the past 13 years, The Restoration House has seen single mother families become "rooted" in community as they seek wholeness. Families like Jessica's, Lydia's, and Chasity's, who have experienced tremendous restoration through their time at TRH. You can view their stories to the right.

100% of the funds raised from Over the Edge will go directly to help us daily walk alongside the single-mother families living at The Village and impact their journeys.

Go Over the Edge!

Raise at least $1000  and rappel down the 16 stories in downtown Knoxville. You’ll have the badge of honor that rappelling provides, plus you can be secure in the knowledge that you’ve helped make a tremendous difference in the lives of low-income single-mother mother families through The Restoration House. AND, you can win fantastic prizes based on your fundraising, AND we  provide tips and ideas on how to reach your goal, so you aren't in it alone!
Early bird regstration is only $35 thru July 15th, and only $50 after that.
Our Top Indivdual Fundraiser Prize:
2 nights stay in a gorgeous 2 bdr condo at Tailor Lofts in downtown Knoxville!

When your organization raises at least $2500, you can send your boss, coach, teacher or team leader Over the Edge. But beware – if your boss matches your contribution, they can choose someone ELSE to go over for them! Or there are many other variations we can help you create that will also provide fun opportunities for your organization... Our Top Fundraising TYB Team Prize: Team Trophy, Maple Hall Bowling, Papa John's Pizza!
Companies and organizations that decide to accept the Toss your Boss challenge also are eligible for sponsorship recognition at the event and in pre-event communications.

Join the Chick'n Coop!

Too chicken to step Over the Edge? No problem…You can still help single mother families on the ground and win amazing prizes! Simply support a rappeller/donate straight to the event with $100 or more or  and you’ll get a  your name added to the Chick-n Coop” drawings throughout the event on Aug 21st for cool prizes and more (check some of them out through the Donate link below).

Not Going Over the Edge? Enjoy the FREE BLOCK PARTY!

Rappelling isn’t the only thing happening on Saturday, August 21st, there’s also a FREE full blown Block Party on the street below all the action!

Bring your friends and families from 9am-until the last rappeller is through and enjoy fun Games for both kids and adults, the kiddos will love the Kidzone with bouncy house, giant Jenga and more, try the Rock Climbing Wall, get some yummy treats in the Foodzone, win great prizes in the raffle drawings at the Chick-fil-A Chick-n-Coop, vist interactive sponsor booths, and beat the heat in our First Century Bank Coolzone Misting Station... not to mention we will be immediately adjacent to the regular Saturday Farmers Market on Market Square - it's one big party that day!
