I have wanted to participate in this event for years! Funny how life is though, I never remember until I read about it afterwards ;)  So 2018 is a fresh start, I thought about it early enough to have them send me a reminder when registration opened and now, I'm doing it! The Don River is integral to anyone from the Toronto area and we can take pride in its history and its health or be humiliated by its nastiness..This event is in support of the former. TRCA is raising $ in support of the Don's future as a healthy waterway that we can all be proud of..even if we can only paddle it once a year!
