As a NIBCA member you know the importance of preserving the American dream of home ownership. We work hard through our advocacy to help reduce costs of building homes, but NAHB just reported 60% of Americans still cannot afford to buy a home. 

PAHA is introducing a new fee-simple deed restriction program in our own community that will make it possible for 28 families to buy a home! Miracle on Britton is a proof of concept that will be shared nationally, and YOU WANT TO BE PART OF IT! PAHA has already raised $750,000, through donations from businesses, families and individuals that have a passion for helping our local workforce obtain the American dream of ownership and PAHA is looking to raise the additional $250,000 to finish out this community and make this dream a reality!

NIBCA has over 400 member companies and if each company contributed $625, we could surpass the other teams participating in this fundraiser efforts and bring this home!!  But we are going to start simple and blow our $25,000 goal out of the water…please share with your employees, colleges, business partners, family and friends, every dime will help!
